PetroSkills Conclave 2020

Mika Neffling, Sales Manager of NAPCON, will be presenting “Gamification in Downstream Operations Training ” on Wednesday: 29.1.2020 at the PetroSkills Conclave 2020 in Houston. 

Extensive research has shown that using training games in combination with traditional training methods can dramatically reduce costly incidents – while optimizing production. This interactive session with a game competition will take attendees through NAPCON Games, developed with extensive cooperation with Neste Corp, the world’s largest producer of renewable products and producer of high-quality oil products. NAPCON Training Games can be used as part of a digitalized learning path for efficient training of downstream plant personnel.
